Customer account, invoice, payment

You can view your account data in the customer center under “Customer” -> “Your data” and adjust it under “Change your data”.

You can activate two-factor authentication in the Customer Center under “Customer” -> “Access settings”.

Here you can find all the information about the payment options.

All invoices can be viewed in the Customer Center under “Account/Payments” -> “Invoices”.

A new customer account can be easily created in the order process of the respective service or on the login page of the customer center.

Change passwords

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting the login page and clicking on the “Forgotten password” link.

In case you have forgotten your username and don’t have access to the email address associated with your account, please send a signed change request to our Support team.

To change the password for the Hosting Control Panel, please log into the Customer Center first. There, under “Services”, select “Control Panel” for the corresponding hosting package. Now you are logged into the Control Panel and you can change the password of the corresponding account in the “Control Panel Users” module.

You can change the email password in the Email Manager control panel module. To do this, select “Action” -> “Change password” for the corresponding e-mail address.

The data for the FTP connection can be viewed and changed in the Control Panel module “FTP Manager”.

The database access data can be viewed in the “Databases” control panel module for the corresponding database via “Action” -> “Database access data”.

The password can be adjusted via “Action” -> “Change password”.

Order, renewal, termination

You can view the term and cancellation period of your services in the Customer Center under “Services” by clicking on the respective service.

We will send you an email notification 90, 60, and 30 days before the renewal of your services. If there is sufficient credit in your account, your services will be automatically extended.

In order to order the desired services, you must first load your customer account with the required credit.

You can cancel your services at any time in the Customer Center. To do so, select the corresponding service under “Services” and click on “Cancel”. There you will also find the final cancellation option.
